Daniel Bailbé est un journaliste qui signe de nombreuses chroniques pour l’Indépendant et se trouve rendre souvent visite à nos amis Evelyne et Michel Chayrigues, à la chambre d’hôtes du Bouët (Laguiole), une splendide demeure du 17ème siècle ayant appartenu à des proches de la famille d’Armagnac.
Il y a deux ou trois ans, je lui avais laissé un échantillonage de ma production chez l’épicier du coin, et il avait écrit un sympathique billet sur nous. Nous n’avions pu nous rencontrer, les agendas ne correspondant pas.
Cette fois, c’est une longue conversation qui nous a réunis, ainsi qu’un aperçu plus large de la gamme du Domaine de la Coume Majou.
